Welcome everyone to the second part of my 5- part series on how to re-energise for 2020

Today’s video segment is about the ‘value of reassessing’ and I’ve outlined some tips to assist you in going a little deeper in your thinking.

In my experience, in life and when coaching my clients, I notice that we can set our mind on a goal and think that that’s the best solution but sometimes taking some time away from thinking about it consciously is the best thing we can do.

It may be a matter of just putting your notes away for a day or revisit it after a walk or perhaps have a chat to someone. For some, going to bed and sleeping on it means the subconscious can get to work, help you gain clarity and find better solutions.

In last week’s reflection segment, we looked at what has happened in 2019 and in this week’s segment we explore why it has happened and how we can move forward in 2020.

Have a pen and paper handy to write down your own reasons and reassess if your intentions for 2020 are specific enough for you moving forward.
