Change Management

I believe that if you look at change as a positive then positive things will happen !

Did you know that most people focus on their business first, then their relationship and then their health?

What do you think this does to you?

I advocate, health comes first,  then your relationship and then your business.

This can be quite confronting and scary for many people.  So why this order?

If you don’t have your health, then you won’t have fulfilling relationships or be able to work on your business.

As an example, many years ago I worked with a client who had experienced a heart attack and presented to me about getting some work-life balance.  He was highly successful, ambitious and at the top of his game.  When I reviewed the current situation with him, he said that the heart attack, from society’s perspective had given him permission to stop.

By the time we had finished working together,  he was still successful and had work life balance.  Because of this he was able to achieve so much and be at the top of his game with both his business and family life.

It was all about changing his perspective on what success meant for him.

My challenge for you today is to do one thing every day this week that is healthy for you.

Drop me an email and let me know what that is so that I can hold you accountable.
Do one thing today to Invest in You!
